Pat Williamson
With 20 years experience in the building industry, Patrick Williamson is the passionate owner and director of Pbuilt. He is responsible for the strategic vision of the company and guiding every project towards the end goal. Pat is here to inspire the team, lead the design and be the primary point of contact. Your relationship starts with Pat and ends with a home you’ll love.
Pat genuinely enjoys the building process and finds nothing more rewarding than working alongside the owners to help bring their vision to life. He is on a mission to change the general impression of builders because building is his life and he can’t envisage doing anything else.
Pat’s attention to detail and understanding of someone's vision is phenomenal, this translates into beautiful homes that make people’s lives easier, better and more enjoyable.
Fun fact: As a child Pat had a leather nail bag he would wear everywhere.
Ben Tonks
With unprecedented building knowledge, Ben is the project manager at Pbuilt, responsible for strategy, HR, admin and client liaison. Ben’s primary responsibility is ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly, including budgets, time, materials and contracts.
Ben loves the rewarding feeling you get when the team comes together to achieve a common goal and he really appreciates the relationships he has built with suppliers and tradies. He enjoys looking at where it all started, how far it has all come and where it will go in the future. Mostly, he enjoys the moment when he delivers the final product and sees the gratitude and excitement on the client’s face.
Fun fact: Pat and Ben won 2 senior sporting premierships together.
